Core HyperBall progress is stored on your device. Optional online features can create a pseudonymous SPACE AURORA player record only when those features are enabled and you choose to use them.

How to request deletion
- If your version shows Settings → Account & cloud → Delete online data, use that control and follow the verification prompt.
- If the control is not present, email spaceaurora.apps@gmail.com.
- Include the store where you installed HyperBall, your country, and the in-game player identifier if one is shown. Do not send your password, full payment-card number, or full purchase token.
- SPACE AURORA may ask for limited verification through the linked store/account or game session so another person cannot delete your data.
What the request can cover
- revoking active SPACE AURORA game sessions and deactivating the online profile;
- deleting eligible cloud-save and profile data;
- removing or anonymizing your alias and leaderboard entries;
- accessing, correcting, or exporting eligible data.
After deletion, SPACE AURORA retains an HMAC-hashed store-identity-to-player mapping, the immutable purchase ledger, and provider terminal-status events needed for purchase restoration, refunds, chargebacks, tax or accounting duties, disputes, security, and fraud prevention. These retained records do not contain your password or full payment-card details and remain only while those purposes or applicable obligations require them.
If you later sign in with the same store account, the retained pseudonymous mapping may reconnect the same player ID so valid purchases can be restored. It does not restore a cloud profile or leaderboard entry that was deleted. Deleting SPACE AURORA data does not delete your Huawei ID or Google Account and does not itself cancel or refund a store purchase.
Delete local data
Clear HyperBall's storage in Android settings or uninstall the game. This removes device-local progress. If cloud save is enabled, also request online deletion so a later sign-in cannot restore the server copy.
If your version does not offer online sign-in, cloud save, or leaderboards, there may be no SPACE AURORA server profile associated with your game. We will confirm that when responding to a verified request.
